The monitor arm is well designed, with sensible adjustments and thoughtful cable routing features. There are no complaints. However, there is one glaring downside. The specs state that it supports monitors weighing up to 17.6 pounds. No, that is not so. Well, the lever itself handles it easily, but the tilt mechanism certainly doesn't. I installed a Philips 328E1CA (15.2 lbs) and the tilt mechanism didn't even come close to keeping the monitor upright no matter how tight I tightened it. Tie bolts on both sides of the tilt head. Having already attached the hand to the wall, I didn't want to take it off and send it back if I didn't have it. I took the tilt head apart and replaced the plastic and compression washers with my own wing washers and now this thing barely holds my 15lb monitor with the adjustment screws enough that I suspect I'll rip their hex bushings. Another reviewer had the same problem and came up with the same solution (replacing washers). If you have a larger monitor, either skip this wall mount or be prepared to "fix" it.
