Review on 💊 High Potency MRM CLA 1250mg with 80% CLA - 1000mg CLA per Gel Cap, 180 Softgels by Barbara Majdoch

I started taking CLA a month ago and switched to this brand. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. The price is right compared to other CLA products. I like this brand more than the ones I have been taking, no indigestion or belching which often happens when taking any oil supplements. I take one with every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also watch my diet and exercise 5-6 days a week. I started taking Ketoberry (see my other review) with CLA. So far (90 days) I've lost about 5 inches from the waist and about 20 pounds since starting both. I feel like CLA fills me up and plays an important role in what I believe is related to my inch loss and muscle gain. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to hit the gym and wants to take a supplement to transform their body. I used to diet and exercise, but I've never had a noticeable reduction in my tummy like I did after taking CLA. I 100% believe it helps reduce fat and most likely I will be taking it for the rest of my life.
