Unlike boots from other brands, these adidas shoes offer little to no toe protection. Because the laces don't go very deep into the sock, you can't tighten the shoe under the midfoot, leaving the sock loose and exposed. These are soccer cleats trying to be soccer cleats and they are not for skill position players. Maybe good for the kicker/player, but that's about it.
