Review on LITTLE COOK Kitchen Chopping Ergonomic by Angela Banks

A really good value knife I bought to fill in the gaps while the rest of my knives were being delivered to my new home. I thought I could last a few weeks regardless of the quality, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. He came out of the box sharp. He held his edge well enough. It could have been better, thought it would be on the donation pile when finished, but I liked it enough that it would add to my collection of much more expensive knives, but not necessarily much better. Pearl or better heel finish - mine was a bit rough/sharp - but that's pretty picky for a $5 knife. Really great value for money, I would buy again.
