The red color is absolutely beautiful. looks great on the bed. it is soft and a good size. the electric mid is bumpier than we'd like, but generously laid out and not stingy. The price was fair, the product arrived on time and in perfect condition, well packaged. I don't like administration. They are not bad and not broken, the controls are large and cumbersome, there are modes. sigh. You can't just click, spin the wheel, or press a button and you're done. no You have to go into mode and then look at the flashing light as it defaults to 3 hours at temperature H. So press, press mode, find the time and up and down until you get what you want. then the same for temp. Then it flashes and the screen goes black. You can't just view and see your settings. and you can't just switch from hot to warm with a single click. no modes. When hit, it would turn on if accidentally left plugged in. It's on me for leaving it plugged in. but still. this is a good product. when they redo the controls. it would be 5, so yes. I would recommend.
