Day and night. Can't speak to durability, but they're easy to install and a lot nicer to open and close than GM crap. GMs were difficult to close and they never opened all the way and I usually hit my head. The tech said GM designed them not to open all the way. No wonder GM. Even if they only last a few years, they're cheap enough to replace and still a lot cheaper than GM replacements.
