These straps were purchased to secure my bike to a bike rack as there was only one thing holding the bike that was out of order. Luckily these straps held my bike on the rack the first time, but the second time there was nothing to hold the bike and it fell over and pressed against the handlebars. Check out my Swagman Bike Rack review for this story. I still have a strap left that I use to wrap the washing machine cord. Too bad the others were lost due to a poorly designed bike rack.
