The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to go above an beyond what we need help them do in order make sure that our needs have been met completely. There isn't much I dislike about this product other than it could be better if there was more options available as far as pricing goes (I wish they had tiers). Our team has used many different types of software but never one quite like termily which seems very user friendly when creating terms/policies. I like how easy it is to setup. There are a lot of options and you can customize them as much as you want. It's not too expensive either. It's a good product that has many different features. The only thing I don't like about this service is that it doesn't update itself. You have to go in and manually change things if they have changed. This is great for small companies who do not have a lot of employees. We have been using it to manage our employee contracts.
