Of all the decorative/fun kitchen items I've bought, this is my favorite. It's actually sturdy, the right size, and serves its purpose. Besides, come! It's Pastasaurus! Update - I bought it in June 2015. It's now September 2016. Time for an update! The photos published in this review were taken in September 2016, but I have to admit that this item looks exactly as ordered. I like to keep track of items that have impressed me after a long time of use and this is one such item. We affectionately christened our dog "Fteven" and now he is a member of the family. Absolutely no signs of wear or stains after probably hundreds of uses - pulling pasta out of boiling water, scooping pasta with tomato sauce, using them as a substitute for almost anything that requires a slotted spoon, and dozens of trips through the dishwasher.
