I like that you can easily go back through your taxes if needed! It's easy enough anyone could use it without any training/education but still have all of their information stored in one place instead having multiple documents scattered around different folders (or worse yet emailing them). Sometimes there are issues where certain fields don't always stay filled out correctly which is frustrating since sometimes they're just minor things such as an address change from last year vs this yr etc.. Overall great product though!! If nothing else than because everything was already set up how we wanted so no learning curve required when adding new features later down road once our needs changed some more :).
