Very beneficial in many ways, keeps staff organized very efficiently
I like that infinity allows us to keep track of customers easily! It's easy for employees who aren't computer people (like me) to use as well! We've been able to help clients with things such as tax reporting and invoicing without having an accountant or someone experienced at this type of thing come along and do it themselves.
Nothing really since we haven't used everything yet but they have helped out when we needed them which was great!! They are also quick to respond if you need anything answered so far good experience!! Make sure you get your questions answered during demo day because there will be some new features coming soon! The benefits were mainly helping our small office run more smoothly and keeping up with taxes better than just using word documents and excel spreadsheets.
