Review on Efficient 3-Phase Sequence Tester: IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC. 61-520 with Color-Coded Insulators by Sean Baller

Very strong (and heavy) tachometer. The jaws are big enough to hook onto the large grommets on the higher amperage panels, and the cord is long enough to put it somewhere easy to see. The only downside to this tool (in my opinion) is that the phase LEDs only light up when you press the TEST button and they don't turn on automatically, which seems like a security breach to me (tell the operator that the voltage is present). I know you should have known that when you hooked it up, but the other tachometers I've used light up as soon as you hook up the second phase.
