These are great little lights, elegant and relatively bright. There are complaints that they are plastic but oh well. You pay about $20 for them. Another frequently mentioned problem is the brightness during the day. This is partly because the circuit board that the LEDs are mounted on is white and therefore reflects light, making the yellow LEDs less noticeable. I removed the plastic covers and blackened the circuit board with a sharpie and now they are much more visible. It shouldn't be necessary, but then again, you can get them for next to nothing. Simply remove the cover, paint it black and stick it back on with superglue. If you are replacing stock bulbs, be sure to purchase resistors to fix the fast blinking/dashlight issue.
