Review on πŸ”‹ Feet Cosy Battery-Powered Foot Warmers by Brockington Zuniga

How to complain about the price?

I would give five stars but the retractor is an inconvenience/problem in my opinion. I've only used them twice, but it was a bike ride in 17 degrees Fahrenheit and 10 mph wind. Normally in these conditions I worry about getting frostbitten toes, I had no such worries on this one. They didn't overheat my feet, but I never had the feeling of an ice cube in my toes. I use two brand name 2400mAh Nim-Hydride rechargeable batteries. A full charge takes about an hour, but I'm not sure if this is due to power consumption or the weather. My iPhone also shuts down at these temperatures. I plan on cutting off the retractors and installing a 3 or 4 cell battery holder with a 3 volt regulator and I think this should give me more time to do what I need out there before the batteries die are. I also clip them to the top of my socks instead of sliding them down my leg to a belt. It just sounds annoying and like breaking cables as I've read in many other reviews. On my sock, the wires will probably never be taut, as if they're routed around my knees and waist and attached to a belt. I took the time to tape them to the insoles of my shoes and pull out the wires so it wasn't a problem that they were uncomfortable for my feet.
