So I've had a lot of time to get used to this lens. I've had it for about a year and a half now and I can honestly say I've really grown on it. My first major lens purchase was a Tamron 24-70mm F2.8 VC lens, which cost me over $1,000. Although I had this lens I really liked it but it was definitely difficult to use on the Canon EOS Rebel T3i as a crop factor came with a full frame lens on a crop sensor body. I did get great shots with this lens, but since it's more of a hobby for me, I really couldn't justify a $1,000 lens as a college student. After the sale I decided to look out for a wide angle lens as I do a lot of landscape photography for fun. I also do a lot of video work, so I found this lens to be a good fit for all of the above tasks. When I first got the lens I wasn't sure what to think of it. It was definitely nice, don't get me wrong, but I'm just not used to the wide angle yet. But after using it for a while, I fell in love with it. It's great for small night shots as well as landscape shots. I've taken some great shots with it that I don't think I could get with any other lens. I'm trying to think of some cons for this lens, but for the price, it's really hard to say anything bad about it. It's by no means an expensive lens, but it's not necessarily cheap either. By not buying a well-known brand like Canon, you save some money right away, which usually means a small drop in quality. I don't feel like I received a product that lacks quality. The lens is sharp for the price and the autofocus works well too. I really can't say anything bad about this lens. Sure, if you pay a lot more money you get a better lens, but for around $400 this lens is really amazing. I've attached some photos I took with him recently. It's all the same scene because I just bought a new computer and didn't transfer any images from the old one to this one, so that's all I have. But you have the idea. Overall 5/5 stars for a great lens
