Due to the seams in the crotch these are not leggings for girls to wear unless worn under a dress. When I received the leggings I was hoping that my daughters would be able to wear them with sweaters and such but the seam is very visible and should not be worn with anything shorter than a dress or a very long sweater. Not only the seam is very noticeable, but also all the threads come out after a pair of socks. I wouldn't buy them again. They are very warm and fluffy on the inside if you are looking for something to wear under a dress in winter.
