Have one good battery and one that has a dead cell so I could only use one of my new batteries

Well I got my order June 1 and I got charge one of my batteries and it say cell error I checked it out and it has a dead cell in it so not I have a new battery I cant use now but my other one works fine so I wonder what the company is going to do for me sense they sent me a battery with a dead cell in it
