Instructions say to wrap tightly. At least don't wrap it tightly when you sleep in it. I did this - although it didn't hurt when belaying - and woke up a few hours later with severe pain in my finger. My circulation may have been affected because I felt dizzy, clammy and weak within a minute or two of removing it. My pulse was 40. My finger was very red. I didn't feel better for an hour. Be careful. Like another buyer, I also wondered why the tire had a label that said FREE. Was it manufactured to be included in another product and then sold separately due to overage? Suspicious.
