I was so excited when I saw this watch. I love the outlets and USB ports. The display looked bold and the brightness could be easily adjusted. Then I tried to use the clock. The buttons are stiff, clunky, and cumbersome to use. The alarm is displayed in small print over time. Very difficult to see, had to crouch and look straight inside. Every day a reset is required and every day you have to select radio or beeps. Again, the buttons are very difficult to use. The backup battery does not store time or alarms. This can allow some use of the USB ports, but the real purpose of a backup battery is to set off an alarm in the event of a power failure. I contacted support and there was a nice note in the box that said "Email us at this address if you have any problems or questions." I did. No Answer. More than a week has passed. i give it back Again, it works like a great multiport outlet. I was excited about this feature, but most of all I needed a watch.
