The best paring knives I've found
I have several Wusthof paring knives but I like these better. The blade is thin, strong and sharp, the handle is comfortable. They hold an edge well but can be sharpened if needed. While my most expensive Wรผsthof paring knives last forever, my cheaper ones don't, two even have broken tips. For the price you can't beat them.
