Review on 🔌 High-Speed CAT6 Ethernet Cable (6 Feet) - 6 Pack (6 ft) by Robert Demissie

This is my first time ordering Ultra Clarity Cables. Category 23awg Category 6 connectors as indicated by the staggered configuration. Sealed strain reliefs on everything I have look nice. More than half a dozen out of 20 are currently in use, 100% tested so far. They look like Category 6 cables, but the twist doesn't look as obvious. The twist is not "printed" on the outer jacket as with other Category 6 cables when viewed through the jacket. and makes the patch cord less flexible and increases the outer diameter of the assembly, and when the outer jacket is formed, a little twist occurs. They are pretty smooth but normal flexibility, not great but not bad. The outer diameter feels good and measures a typical 5.9 mm. I say this because I received the taxi which has Category 6 files printed on it but without separators and they are very slightly wavy. So I cut one open to make sure it really is a Category 6. They definitely feel right. There's a good separator there. Wires 24 AWG. very bad news IMHO. unexpectedly. And bad for me, I guess it was a strand, just checked the list, they mark dots in the middle. "8 solid copper conductors". I assume this means everything is copper. It looks like it's CCA wire, solid wire, copper paint scratches on the solid wires, and I get bright shiny silver looking at me. BIG minus for the patch cord. Look at the photo, with native JPG you can see it, but I'm not sure if "silver" is showing when Amazon flattens photos. And the curl is about 50% of what I expected. As mentioned in another lengthy review, torque is unspecified and left to the manufacturer's discretion, but should meet specs for Category 6 performance. But physics is physics, and there's an expected rate based on other brands. This splits the difference between Cat 5e and Cat 6 at about 7mm/rev. Cat6 is about 4-5mm/rev. Cat5 is about 10mm/rev. Stars as I cut the cord. Until I found a solid CCA and low twist rate I thought I would love these cables. On the outside they looked and felt good, but upon closer inspection it was what made me want to cut one of them. CCA is a huge minus. (EDIT: After I wrote the review I noticed that if you look at the end of the RJ45 plug you can see the bright silver at the end of the wires. And if you look at my review after I posted it, yes you can see the silver after scraping the copper., obviously OCO) solid wire, a huge minus for patch cords. Low wire rotation speed. minus for me. Hey, for a short patch cord, it can meet the specs with that twist rate. I would only deduct 1 star for that. but two other issues of CCA and solid wire make this product 1 star. Curl speed below par is somewhat subjective. BUT CCA and solid wire for patch cords are not. at least for me. I can't identify a book by its cover.
