I used to play Ultimate Frisbee (no laughter) 3-5 times a week and then had a non-critical injury that kept me from running for about 8 months. Of course, that meant I foolishly tried to quickly get back to the same level of training and injured myself with a good old hamstring injury in the process. What a joke. Without learning my lesson, I tried unsuccessfully to overcome the pain. Defeated, I pouted home to figure out what to do. After some research I got a sports tape and one of these and started wrapping. I was able to play for almost an hour before I felt anything. One hour a week for a month, and then I stopped listening to the tape and started using that very tape. Now I'm walking pain free and I think I'll be able to remove the ankle brace in about a month as well. This is my second, the first I got in store and then lost, will buy again.
