I bought one of these for my niece for Christmas, as she has ADHD and her mom recommended fidgets for part of her gift. I read reviews of many items, watched the little videos, so forth and decided on this: a blue one for her and also a green one for me to keep my hands busy during tedious work tasks. It was money well spent. It is weighty enough that it is really satisfying to hold, the metal has a nice temperature feel, I can play with it with one hand or with two, it is quiet and can use it during video chat calls with no distractions. This item really has helped me to stay focused on my own work and I am excited to give to my niece. Would absolutely buy again.
