Really dangerous. on baby & toddler toys

My granddaughter is almost 2 1/2 years old. She rocked in her rocking chair and the horse rocked forward. She wasn't rude or violent. Just downloaded and watched the movie. She slapped her hand and cried a lot. Thank god she didn't hit her head, face or neck. The slides/runners on the bottom of this rocking horse are not long enough and have no stopping point. Really dangerous.
