They did a really good job removing rust from a bird cage, but each only took about 5 minutes. The bristles will fly all over the place, so be sure to use safety goggles, keep children and pets away, and use gloves for prolonged use. A few minutes later, several broken bristles were sticking out of my fingers. For rust removal they were amazing. Just note that for a big job you might need to buy 10 of these.
