I've used them for my business and every single staff member we met was friendly and professional, even when they were making calls for us. They are very good at what they do and will work tirelessly to keep you happy and well informed about your account. Not much, everything works just fine. Their customer service team is fantastic and are always willing to go above and beyond for our clients. You'll be hard pressed to find anything that I think could be improved upon! We have a strong network with local companies who can't afford to pay a lot for advertising. We use the NALA as a way to advertise for free and their reputation team handles all customer concerns.
