The glass pane broke after a few weeks for no apparent reason. There are no pets, nothing has been noticed, the temperature inside is stable. I just walked in and my computer, floor and leg were covered in glass. A little uncomfortable, but I thought lemons happen. Well I contacted the company and they said it was not a defect and I would have to give them money to send me a new glass panel AND pay for shipping. A real joke from the company to be honest and reading other people's reviews the customer service is terrible. The rating primarily relates to questionable customer service. Also, as others have pointed out, it took some time to reorganize the chassis hardware cabling and there isn't much room for the extra cables to sit nicely. Some of the mounting plates are weak. Just an all around uh case of bad customer service.
