UPDATE #3 July 2021: I'm still using and loving the one that hasn't died after a month. Regarding the gradual LOW COFFEE mentioned in another review: if you're using flavored beans with a light buttery sheen, as mentioned, I stir them with my finger while they're ground. And finally, when the coffee gets weak (every 2-3 months) I use a can of compressed air (available at any office supply store) to blow out the grinder and make good coffee again. That's the nature of fat beans. The process is simple: unplug the machine, scoop all the beans out of the hopper, aim the small plastic straw from the compressed air can directly at the teeth of the grinder, give a SHORT puff of air, and repeat 5 or 6 times as you go. Straw around the round mill. You will see an amazing amount of tiny bean flakes. I only clean the removable brew group every few weeks. UPDATE #2 July 2020: We bought two, one failed after 6 weeks (described below) and the other is still working perfectly after 9 months. ABOUT THE BEANS FEEDING PROBLEM: When using tasty beans with a nice buttery sheen, the flat design of the hopper tends to "stick" them in the grinder and not slide; We solve this by holding the lid ajar and gently "stir" the beans, causing them to move. down the slide. Regarding the problem of GRINDS FULL: It's not a sensor, it's a counter; after every X cups it turns on even if you just emptied it. UPDATE: It's only getting worse. 10 days after the end of the Amazon return period, the water/steam dispenser now dispenses water into the grounds container instead of the water/steam nozzle. I called tech support and they said the solenoid was faulty. I have to pay to send it to them and then wait "about 3 weeks" for them to fix it. I have a little over a month to get the car. I asked if expedited service was available, they said no, there are already "many" cars in line. SO THIS MACHINE IS OBVIOUSLY UNRELIABLE. As you can see in my photo, when the bean hopper is almost FULL, it refuses to make coffee and says the hopper is empty (yellow "beans" indicator in the foreground). Happens at least HALF the time. You have to open the lid, "stir" the grains with your finger, and try again. As an engineer, I suspect the hopper design is flawed because it's too shallow so the beans sometimes don't "fall" into the grinder. . (Check out other automatics (or grinders) and you'll see that the hopper is quite steep, so gravity pulls the beans straight into the grinder.) Another issue is that the "full ground" sensor is also unstable and sometimes prevents you from ignition when the grounds container is empty or almost empty.
