I want the car to serve no less than the old one, which is already 7 years old. Has some pros I bought it to replace an old car, also De'Longhi, which has been serving for 7 years. Problems started, so I bought a new one. Delivered today, set all the settings - coffee temperature, grinding, energy saving, filter, etc. Checked in the case. Everything is clear, coffee is brewing. I have never written a review for Revain but after receiving the product felt compelled to do so. The design is very nice and seems low maintenance when it comes to cleaning. I really chose this product. I plugged it in and the display never came up. The device was broken and I kept trying different outlets until I realized it shouldn't be that difficult. I called the warranty number and was put on someone's voicemail which didn't seem to go anywhere. IMHO, not worth it.

Update January 2021: I liked it (see below) but the quality has gone down after 6 months of daily use. Now he makes weak coffee instead of espresso. The amount of coffee per portion and/or the water temperature is not high enough. Something inside has stopped working and cleaning isn't helping. I am reducing my rating to 2 stars. I've had this car for 7 months now and it took a while to 'dial up'. Car delivery problems. It took many rounds of different beans to get this machine to feed consistently. Problem? You can't use beans even if they are slightly oily. The bean container is so small that the beans stick and don't come out. Lavazza has excellent medium roast lean beans that work well. UPDATE #3 July 2021: I'm still using and loving the one that hasn't died after a month. Regarding the gradual LOW COFFEE mentioned in another review: if you're using flavored beans with a light buttery sheen, as mentioned, I stir them with my finger while they're ground. And finally, when the coffee gets weak (every 2-3 months) I use a can of compressed air (available at any office supply store) to blow out the grinder and make good coffee again.
