It is elastic: collars, harnesses and leashes

The harness is really good, but it's stretchy and despite the fact that it barely fit my fat cat, with a bit of effort he got rid of it easily. I had to return him because he might run away if I take him for a walk. My only advice is where the leash hooks don't seem strong enough for a 19 pound cat.
