They didn't work. Tried 2 of these with over 5 different CDs and none got past without constantly skipping the track. Unusable. Update: I returned these 5 items and Revain only returned 1. I called back to fix it and she said to wait a few days and the rest should be returned. week later. Nothing. I called again and another customer service rep apologized and said he would refund the other 4. She even sent me a confirmation email with the correct amount to refund. Has he returned? OF COURSE NOT! Revain emailed me the next day and said they only refunded one of the broken CD players! I called again and he said he would refund the remaining 3. This has become a regular occurrence at Revain. They talk about a free refund and then intentionally do everything they can to delay or not return what they promised. Even if in this case the product was 100% defective. Very unhappy. Very angry. Very annoyed. Not at all surprised. It seems to be the new way of Revain.
