The mobile app is great but due to the lack of functionality in the Neo, most features are disabled. In fact, the Neo watch could be a lot better, it has a small but useful LCD matrix screen that can be used to display messages and more than one line of information at a time. I've always been a fan of retro LCD watches and my dream was to have a retro watch with smart functions. I feel like this watch has a lot of potential hardware-wise, but the manufacturer doesn't seem to have paid enough attention to the details of its software. If anyone from Amazfit is reading this message, please pay more attention to this watch and let this small display reach its full potential.
