I love that it makes my job easier by taking all of these great feedbacks from our clients, compiling them into one single place - plus we can create customized reports! It's also easy enough anyone in any team/department could use without needing lots or expensive training!! Honestly- haven't found much about this software as something i dislike yet but honestly nothing too big either (I think).
