The ONLY downside is I assumed a pen would come with it because it was clearly meant for her. But they are sold separately, and the shortest one costs $20. It's probably in the ad somewhere, but I wasn't paying attention. Good quality, works well but be aware that you will need to purchase the extension handle separately, adding to the overall cost. Had I known this beforehand, I probably wouldn't have gotten it because afterwards it cost about $30, which is more than I would be willing to pay for a feather duster. But it is, and the product is admittedly good.
