Update 7/7/12 - The red one has a different firmware version 1.1.20.110503 while the black one has 905L_v3. FM radio on red is not receiving a station. Otherwise it works great. I have some phone cases to protect them. 06/27/12 - This is my second product from Visual Land. I bought a 7 inch Connect tablet from Walmart a few months ago and have had no problems. So I decided to try the V-Touch after 6 months of looking for an MP3 player and also tried and returned 4 others, all from Walmart. I already have 2 Sony MP3 players (from 2005 and 2006) but I needed more memory. I was very skeptical about buying electronics online but I saw this and figured for $42 I would take a chance and deal with the loss if I didn't like it. I LOVE IT! I ordered the V touch (black) on Friday 22nd June and received it on Monday 25th June. Thank you Reva! V touch is so light, the sound is great, the touch is resilient, the music functions are similar to my iPod Touch, but I had to convert my MPEG-4 format to MP3 format (I use the free WinFXVideoConverter to convert my music and to convert videos); E-book feature which I won't use as I have 3 tablets, a Sony e-reader and an iPod but I've tried and it works, the camera works but not the best quality, the battery lasts a long time - I've used it for more than 10 hours, watching movies and listening to music, and I still have 1/4 of my life ahead of me. I added a 16GB micro SD card so I now have 20GB of storage. Best of all, I can connect the TV-out cable (included) to my Panasonic TV and watch my movies (MP4 and AVI). You can't do that with an iPod! You can move files in the device from SD card to internal memory or delete songs. I have yet to figure out how to create a playlist, but I read in the manual that if you remove a song from the playlist it will also be removed from your player, so I think I'll just make a folder with my favorites will create. Anyway, I'm so impressed with it that I had to get another one (the red ones). Use as a backup or maybe one for movies and one for music. You can download the full guide from the Visual Land website. cracked screen (complaints from other reviewers). I had to reset it a few times yesterday but that was due to my mishandling. First of all, I wanted an MP3 player. All other options are bonuses. Great offer!
