Can't turn off completely
Keeps my coffee at the right temperature but: I can't turn the machine off from standby by pressing and holding the blue flash by pressing and holding the blue flash for 2 seconds hold as described in the manual. Never toggle the solid black "I" on/off. There is no support number or email. Will likely return.
