Can't turn off completely

Keeps my coffee at the right temperature but: I can't turn the machine off from standby by pressing and holding the blue flash by pressing and holding the blue flash for 2 seconds hold as described in the manual. Never toggle the solid black "I" on/off. There is no support number or email. Will likely return.

THIS IS A LIFESAVER - Beverage Warmer

I am a person who likes to have coffee while reading a book. While I'm reading or doing other things, my coffee stays really hot. Not warm, hot. Using a coffee mug without a tick will truly keep your coffee as new. But if your mug is thick, it will keep you warm. i mean i really love it. I'm so lucky to have this.

Ok but I'm coming back because I haven't had a full shutdown

I like most of this product and really want to love it but unfortunately I have to go back. The reason is that I'm doing this in my room and there's no way to turn it off completely unless I awkwardly bend over, tug on the cords, and unplug. Since I'll be using this almost every day, this task adds up and isn't worth adding as a routine. You can turn it off in relation to the temperature and you will see a flashing blue light. I can't keep the blue light blinking at night when I'm trying to…
