Can't get a working one.

Ordered one, stopped working after a few hours, ordered a second, stopped working after 24 hours. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. plug it in, set it to "H" and let it run. Got an error code telling me the engine is not running. (no shot.) Sounds amazing and powerful when it works.
