This fan was easy to install thanks to the instructions with real pictures and clearly labeled cables. Looks great and is quiet too. The lowest speed is almost the same as the highest speed of our other fans. The highest speed is like a tornado. We bought it above a table in a warm spot in our home and it will suit our needs. However, I will say that this is not an ideal choice for cooling an entire room. The wind in front of the fan comes down, and if you step back four feet, you won't feel it. We have considered buying another one for my daughter's small room but after trying this one I won't as her bed is against the wall and I don't think it will provide the necessary circulation.
