Review on Silver Key Magnetic Tie Mags by Aaron Collins

Very nice and sharp tie clip. The first magnetic I used. The product works well, the magnets are very strong. Keeps my tie in place but when I move around during the day I have noticed that the tie has shifted slightly so the tie clip doesn't seem to be in the middle of the tie. Not so hot what's up. I also wear a lanyard and found that the metal clip is very similar to a tie pin. Adjusting the position of the tie clip solved this problem. All in all a great product but please consider your working conditions. If you work in an office with a lot of metal furniture, you may be more attached to your work than you would like. Literally! I went to talk to my colleagues and leaned against a tall filing cabinet. Suddenly there was a LOUD metallic bang and I was now pinned to a filing cabinet. Let colleagues jump in their chairs. No problem, I thought, I'll just take off the tie pin and then take it out of the closet. I took it off my shirt easily enough, but then spent about 5 minutes trying to get the clip out of the filing cabinet. As I mentioned before, these are really strong magnets. My colleagues almost burst into tears and laughed on the floor. I was eventually able to remove it by sticking a piece of paper between the magnet and the filing cabinet and then lifting it up. will wear it.
