Coffee maker that doesn't brew coffee

Venus for 10 cups - my third Bialetti coffee maker and second Venus. Working from home due to Covid I occasionally need my coffee under my eyes to start the day. The smaller Venus I kept for years was just too small to fill a 16 ounce mug. After 3 months of waiting I finally got my 9 cups of Moka, but I didn't like how the coffee spilled out onto my stovetop and how the coffee rolled down the sides of the pot and then back onto the stovetop with each lift in the cup. Lid. I didn't bother with reactive aluminum either. I thought Venus for 10 cups was the answer! When I first used it, only about 2 teaspoons of brewed coffee made up the top chamber of the product. I tried twice more but without coffee. As a result, not a single drop of boiling water got into the upper chamber every time. Checking the valve and tightening the screw next to both chambers didn't help. I found that the inner lining of the lower chamber was reactive as well, and I didn't care. What now? I have just received a return label and will be returning Venus 10 cups as soon as possible. The plan is to use the coffee spouting 9 cup Aluminum Moka until I find a decent replacement.
