Review on 🌡️ Temtop Rechargeable Temperature and Humidity Detector by Jason Childs

1) The cable that came with the device and was used for charging was defective. Luckily I had another cable and used this one instead. 2) After leaving it next to an open window for a few hours, the CO2 reading was around 400, which is similar to what I got with another CO2 monitor (but it died on me after around 7 months). ).3) I can't comment on PM 2.5 and PM 10 but both seem low enough not to worry too much about. I'm thinking of another monitor that also has HCHO and VTOC as well as a PM2.5 measurement and that should give me a little more confidence that the PM measurements are working correctly. 4) Temperature and humidity are different from other monitors I have (and whose measurements are close). Temperatures range from 1 to 2 degrees Celsius while humidity is 8 to 10% lower. I have a suspicion that this could be due to the internal heat development in the device. Calibration should have done this after the device has properly warmed up. 5) After turning on the device for 30 minutes, the continuous measurement will stop. (30 minutes warm-up?) The measurement interval that occurs after 30 minutes can be measured from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in 5-minute intervals. back to the interval. 7) The light intensity of the screen cannot be changed, I wish it could be dimmed for night use. As I'm in New Zealand and my main reason for buying it was that the CO2 function is ok I won't be returning it (not cheap and what do I get for it?) June 10th 2019 CO2 readings are no longer accurate. Outside it's about 790ppm now and should be around 400-440 depending on which way the wind is blowing. Pressing the reset button had no effect, and leaving it outside during the day had no effect. The cheaper CO2 meter I bought off eBay (and died on me) was accurate at least to the point where it stopped working. The false readings this block gives are even worse.
