It seems to work, but there are issues with the design.

I want to control PM2.5 in my wood fired house. Readings can be accurate (impossible to determine without a standard or reference instrument). When the fire is smokier, the PM2.5 reading increases. When the chimney draws better, PM2.5 decreases. All is well. Indoor CO2 readings appear to be high at > 1000 pm; The outdoor reading is 450 ppm, which also seems high. Typical CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere should be 250-350 ppm. Design flaws: 1. The display is very bright and there is noโ€ฆ

inefficient information display

The sensors are generally reliable on this and other temptops, and the display is big and beautiful. I like the wall-mounted design as I can see it from anywhere in the room - I don't have to go to my desktop device or pull out my phone and open the app. I already have a Temtop P20 which I like, but wanted to get a P1000 for another room as it tracks CO2 - a key metric for us at the moment considering we keep the windows closed due to bad air from California have to. Wildfires and withoutโ€ฆ

Disappointed with the temperature and humidity accuracy. The charging cable is defective when delivered.

1) The cable that came with the device and was used for charging was defective. Luckily I had another cable and used this one instead. 2) After leaving it next to an open window for a few hours, the CO2 reading was around 400, which is similar to what I got with another CO2 monitor (but it died on me after around 7 months). ).3) I can't comment on PM 2.5 and PM 10 but both seem low enough not to worry too much about. I'm thinking of another monitor that also has HCHO and VTOC as well as a PM2.5
