Review on πŸ”¬ BACOENG Stainless Chamber with Silicone Degassing by Ralph Gerry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Assembly required

First of all I am very happy with my purchase. It is made of high quality materials and works as it should. After reassembly, I pulled 25 inches of vacuum and closed the valves. After 30 minutes the sensor did not move. I chose the glass lid because it can handle some materials where an acrylic lid is not recommended. Also, it gives you a clear and unobstructed view of what's going on inside. The vacuum gauge assembly needs to be attached to the pot, but it only takes a minute and a 16mm wrench. Now the rest of the story. I'm embarrassed to say this, but when the unit arrived I couldn't find the hole in the chamber pot. I sent a message to Baco Engineering. Her reply was prompt and expressed a genuine concern about the issue with multiple solutions. They asked if I could send a photo. Well, during the "photo shoot" I found a hole. The point is, my embarrassment aside, Baco Engineering stands behind their products and is very concerned about their quality and customer satisfaction. Well done Bako Engineering.
