Filters didn't fit

Filters are too thin. They don't fill up the space like the old filters did. I double checked the model number on my vacuum to make sure I ordered the correct size and I did. So either the record is wrong or they sent me the wrong product. I can't go back because I really wanted to vacuum so I had to use a kit.
