Less than a year ago I bought jbl live500 bt headphones. Less than a year later, my ear cushions were torn, and they broke through in a very strange way, as if they had lagged behind the base of the bowls themselves (well, okay, they torn and torn). Service centers located in St. Petersburg either stupidly do not answer the phone, or I find out that they do not work at all at the declared addresses. On my question (from the 25th time I still got through to 1 service center), they told me that they could order something, only how many times they ordered and nothing came to them. That is, no one can fix my headphones for me. I called Harman and the young man politely told me that all service centers "turn out to be working", so as for the ear pads, order them on ebay or somewhere else and install them yourself. In official support, they do not respond to the letter. You can buy a shorter one, but you can't fix it. All in all, I won't buy anything from this company again!
