This is an accurate and reliable scale in a nice compact size. It performs as well or better than larger scales like the FitBit Aria or the older Arboleaf CS-20A. The app is well designed and makes it easy to see general trends and progress. Sending measurements to FitBit is a simple configuration that uses a Wi-Fi connection to your system to share data.
