I highly recommend this scale. This is an updated version of the first one I have. They are lightweight and not bulky like other scales. It is well packed. Make sure you download the app. The application automatically accepted the new scale. I thought something weird would happen with a different model/version. The image above shows my historical weight from January to date. The app also shows BMI, Skeletal Muscle, Body Weight, Protein, Muscle Mass and some other useful things.

I had the previous version of this scale and this one has nice improvements. First, it's smaller and more compact. Now it also displays body fat percentage and BMI without you having to open the app on your phone. This scale also supports Wi-Fi connection for downloading statistics along with Bluetooth. Was so happy to get this. but to do that you not only need to download the app but also connect the device itself to the network and I couldn't get it to work! Not user friendly at all.
