I am very impressed with this jacket. This is top grain leather rather than synthetic or "leather", incredibly well made with heavy duty stitching. I'm riding in Alaska where we've had 54 midsummer lately so the quilted lining is perfect. There is a stand-up collar at the neck and the zipper does not dig into the neck like other jackets do when fully closed. Probably the only downside is that the sleeves are about 1.5 inches too long. This is a heavy riding jacket and was initially stiff and almost uncomfortable, but softens in key areas of movement making it more comfortable. wonderful to wear.
