Really cute - nice finish
I wear size 4 (top)/6 (bottom), 5'8", 140 lbs. waist (belly) 27" (thighs) 32" (hips/carcass). ) 39 1/2" (bust) 34 sc. I ordered the small (I'm the heaviest. I usually weigh about 134 pounds and minus a few inches ) and it was snug but ok I was thinking medium, had but afraid the bodice would be too loose, you may need to increase the size, hope this helps.
